CANCELLATION POLICY
Some services require a deposit to hold your booking; others are paid in full at checkout. Please review the terms below based on your payment type: • Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. • Paid-in-full services canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be refunded minus a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service price and may require full payment before rebooking. • Reschedules are allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
